These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the VPN App developer ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the VPN App (the "App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The VPN App provides a Virtual Private Network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet connection and routes it through our secure servers. The App is designed to enhance your online privacy and security. Specific features available depend on your subscription tier (Free or Premium).
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
The App offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings or via the App's Premium tab. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
All billing and payment processing is handled by Apple Inc. and is subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
Free tier users have access to a limited set of servers and features. Premium-only servers are clearly marked within the App. We reserve the right to modify free tier features at any time with reasonable notice.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We operate a strict no-log policy — we do not collect, monitor, or store your VPN traffic, browsing activity, or connection metadata.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and all content, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
