      We do not log your browsing activity, connection timestamps, IP addresses, or any data that could be used to identify what you do online. Your privacy is our core principle.
    

1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy applies to the VPN App mobile application ("App") and its associated services. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Information We Collect

Account & Purchase Data

When you purchase a subscription, Apple processes your payment. We receive only a non-reversible transaction receipt to verify your subscription status. We do not receive your credit card number, billing address, or Apple ID.

App Settings & Preferences

Your VPN settings (protocol, kill switch, dark mode, auto-connect preference) are stored locally on your device using iOS system storage (UserDefaults). This data never leaves your device.

Aggregate Diagnostic Data (Optional)

If you opt in to Apple's Device Analytics sharing, we may receive anonymized crash reports and performance metrics through Apple's standard developer analytics. This data cannot be linked to you individually.

We do NOT collect:

VPN traffic content or browsing history
DNS queries or destination IP addresses
Connection timestamps or session duration logs
Your real IP address or assigned VPN IP address
Your email address or any identity information

3. How We Use Information

Verify active subscription status to unlock premium features
Restore your subscription across devices using StoreKit 2
Maintain your in-app preferences between sessions
Improve app stability using aggregated, anonymous crash data (if Analytics sharing is enabled)

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We do not share user data with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing platforms.

The only third-party involvement is:

Apple Inc. — processes in-app purchases and provides subscription transaction receipts via StoreKit 2. Apple's privacy policy governs that data: apple.com/legal/privacy
VPN Server Infrastructure — your encrypted VPN tunnel passes through our servers. Our servers are configured with a strict no-log policy and do not retain connection metadata.

5. Data Storage & Retention

All user preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not operate a user account database. Deleting the App removes all locally stored data. No personal data is retained on our servers.

6. Children's Privacy

This App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

7. Your Rights

Because we do not collect personally identifiable information, there is no personal data profile to access, correct, or delete. Your subscription receipts are managed directly through your Apple ID in the App Store settings.

8. Security

VPN tunnel traffic is encrypted using industry-standard protocols (WireGuard, OpenVPN, IKEv2). The App supports a Kill Switch feature that prevents unencrypted traffic if the VPN connection drops. No user traffic logs are stored on our servers.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
